Maintaining healthy habits includes eating fruits and vegetables, regular exercise, limiting junk food and soda, eating 3 meals per day, drinking water with meals, and drinking milk and fruit shakes. While technology can negatively impact healthy lifestyles if overused or abused, it also enables positive outcomes like easier access to exercise equipment and health information to support nutritious diets and habits. The key is using technology responsibly and not becoming dependent on it.

numerous health benefits that keep you
mentally and physically well. Proper
nutrition doesn't mean starving yourself, but
instead means eating a diet balanced in lean

4. Technology in our lifestyle
 Technology may affect our healthy lifestyle in a
positive and negative way. Some people tend to
depend on technology too much that this has
become their lifestyle. They overuse technology
and has become irresponsible. Instead of doing
outdoor activities, people would rather seat,
watch, play their phone and use computers. This
has become the habit of other people.

5.  Also, some people abuse their health for
guilty pleasures because they have become
dependent on the power of technology. An
example is too much eating. Since
alternatives using technology has been
invented to remove fats, some people go for
the easier way instead of exercising and
having a healthy diet, surgeries such as
lypotherapy.

6.  Some people are drawn too much to
technology that they tend to depend
everything in it. Some people want an instant
result all the time, and technology made
easier for them. It may be good at times but
not all the time.

7. However, technology can be a source of positive
outcome as well. It really did made life easier.
Like the equipment made for exercising. An
example is a treadmill, which helps a lot of
people especially those who are busy all day
and have a very limited time to exercise. Also,
technology helped us in discovering healthy food
and habits that would help us have a healthy
lifestyle.

to the internet to gather information regarding
lifestyle. Technology can also be good. It
really depends on how we would handle it. A
user of technology must be responsible and
cautious in order to use it in a positive way.
We must learn our limitations in using it and
we must not depend everything in it.
