behavior which occurs both inside and
outside of and organization” (Gibson,
Hardy, & Buckley, 2014, p. 1).
Diversity and ENG
“Employee network groups are a good
place to look to understand gender,
diversity and negotiations in the
workplace” (Scully, 2009, p. 75).
Examples of Organizations Using ENG

Benefits of ENG
Advantages of ENG is in they way it brings
together individuals of different cultures,
experience and creativity.
Potential Risks
Some individuals feel networking in the
pursuit of professional goals can impinge
on an individuals' moral purity.
Risks in the early formation of ENG were
individuals advocating for equal
opportunities and pay.
Overall Recommendation
As a consultant for a Fortune 500 company,
I would recommend the implementation of
Employee Network Groups.
