Flies may be considered "pests," but they are a highly complex organism. They play many important roles in the food web such as 1) acting as decomposers, 2) providing a food source for birds, fish, amphibians and reptiles, and 3) they are also extremely essential for plant growth. The latter is usually attributed to bees, but flies are just as important and valuable for this process. A. Pollination Services B. HabitatiRefuges C. Genetic Resources D. Soil Formation E.
