The nightly cleaning crew usually takes between 30-45 minutes in cleaning however they
Are not always able to get everything due to a lack in proper cleaning equipment.
The most time consuming part of the process is the amount of trips made to the sink in the
Restaurant in order to get water to scrub the concrete which is usually 4 to 6 buckets
