A 250m2 female store fully
dedicated to underclothes.
It is sectorized in
reception, children, teen,
basic, romance and sensual. It
has conference room, stor-
age room, manager office,
fitting rooms and check out.

Fourth Year of Studio
Commercial Building
The site has 2000m2 and it is lo-
cated in downtown of Maringa,
Brazil. The building has a
restaurant at the ground floor,
two floors of parking under-
ground and fifteen floors of of-
fices. It has four different plans
for the offices, that are zigzaged
resulting this final volume.
Every floor has a green roof that
colects stormwater and at the
top of the construction has solar
panels to produce energy that it
will be consumed by the offices.
