CHAPTER : 4
• Something that's biochemical relates to chemical
processes that occur in living beings, like the chemical
reactions in your body. ... The word
biochemistry comes from the German biochemisch,
and both words combine the Greek bio, "one's life,"
and chemical, "relating to chemistry."
BIOCHEMISTRY
• Any of various complex organic acids (such as
DNA or RNA) that are composed of nucleotide
chains.
• TRANSFER and STORE genetic information
NUCLEIC
ACID
• Protins are large moleculues built up of small
subunits called AMINO ACIDS.
• There are only 20 different types of amino acid , a
cell construct thousands of different amino acids.

2. CARBOHYDRATES
• Carbohydrates can also be defined chemically as
neutral compounds of carbon, hydrogen and
oxygen. Carbohydrates come in simple forms
such as sugars and in complex forms such as
starches and fiber. The body breaks down
most sugars and starches into glucose, a simple
sugar that the body can use to feed its cells.
LIQUIDS
• A substance whose parts change their relative position on the
slightest pressure, and therefore retain no definite form; any
substance in the state of liquidity; a fluid that is not aeriform.
• Serve as essential components of cell membrane
ACCORDING TO MODREN SCIENCE
ACCORDING TO ISLAM
The early stages of embryonic development begin with
fertilization. ... After fertilization, the zygote undergoes
cleavage to form the blastula. The blastula, which in some
species is a hollow ball of cells, undergoes a process called
gastrulation, in which the three germ layers form.
Until recently it was not known that the QURAN or any
tradition of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) contained
many citation referring to satges of human development . Any
such statement which were known not clearly understood
since they referred to details in human development which
were scientifically unknown.
3. In modern science the points are using to give the
concept of beginning of human are also driven from
QURAN as many words in Quran is related with
biological creation of man .As word nutfa means cell
or seminal fluid . Some verses from QURAN….
He (Allah) has created man from a sperm-drop; and behold this
same (man) becomes an open disputer!” [16:4]
Verily We created Man from a drop of mingled sperm, in order to try
him. So We gave him Hearing and Sight.” [76:2]
Gametes are reproductive cells (sex cells) that unite
during sexual reproduction to form a new cell called a
zygote. Male gametes are sperm and
female gametes are ova . This is the modern definiton .
However this had already been divinely revealed by
Prophet Muhammmad (pbuh) in a hadith attributed to
him.
When the Prophet was asked by a jewish person . O Muhammad
what is man created from ? THE PROPHET ANSWERED , O
JEW HE IS CREATED FROM BOTH THE FLUIDS OF MAN AND
FLUID OF THE WOMEN
4. .
The action or process of fertilizing an egg or a female
animal or plant, involving the fusion of male and female
gametes to form a zygote.
NO Doubt ALLAH is only one who create us . As important
Quranic principles of the biological evolution of man is that
began from a single cell and this is clearly stated in QURAN.
The fact is
that through
mitotic division of
zygote only a few
numbers of cell take

5. Human embryonic development,
or human embryogenesis, refers to
the development and formation of the human embryo. ... The
germinal stage refers to the time from fertilization through
the development of the early embryo until implantation is
completed in the uterus. The germinal stage takes around 10 days.
“Allah knows what every female carries and what the
wombs lose [prematurely] or exceed. And everything
with Him is by due measure.” (Q. 13:8)
