• Project Management Consultant Supervision for the Construction of 50 Nos of Residential Blocks,
Underground services, Infrastructure development (Road Network, Reverse Osmosis Plant output

Pedestrian Walkways) Utility Building, Recreation & Restaurant and Supports complex. Total covered
area is 65000 Sq.M to accommodate 6,500 people.
Responsible in coordination of my team members for the technical & commercial evaluation and
shortlisting of Suppliers/installers of R.O & Grey Water Treatment plant, Turnstile & Central Laundry.
• PC Hollow Core &Solid Slabs are being installed/fixed for Residential Blocks along with Precast Load
Bearing wall Panels (Grouting& Screed) and only Partitioning to be done by Block Masonry.
• Responsible to ensure the completion of the project within stipulated time frame and within Budget
along with Quality and also responsible to handle the Variation Orders on contract basis.
• Project comprises of two types of Structures: Substructure is Cast In Place while Super Structure is
Precast. All Precast Load bearing panels embedded with MEPs. So Strict Coordination between MEP
section and PC carrying out.
• Key Persons in my team: One Architect Engineer, Two Civil Engineers, 2 Civil Site Inspectors,2MEP
