Mr. Rajender Singh have combined experience over 25 years in the field of urban design and planning,
infrastructure planning, urban and architectural heritage conservation, and architecture. He has taught in a
well known architecture and planning university and worked on projects in India, Sri Lanka, Oman, and UK.
 Faculty of Urban Design : Taught urban design for 15 years in Department of Urban Design, School of
Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
 Urban Designer : Urban design and project preparation for inner city areas, green field and brownfield
sites. Many of these projects are funded by World Bank, ADB, and private sector.
 Urban Heritage Specialist: Led project teams on number of adaptive reuse and urban conservation
projects in India, including being an advisor on urban renewal and heritage conservation to Technical
Cell, JNNURM, Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India.
