DST Coordination Committee in 6th
DAAN Council 2016-17.
You shall be taking charge of all the volunteer needs, coordination of NDST& JDST.
You shall be reporting to Senior Secretary (DST) Mr. Praveen Kumar. Your term will remain active till
August 31st
2017.
Your prime responsiblities include:
1. Ensuring smooth conducting of NDST & JDST 2017.
2. Ensuring smooth execution of process likes training of NDST & JDST volunteers, post-exam
feedback, reimbursement etc.
3. Keep all the data related to your committee safe and secure at a shared space so that the
smooth knowledge transfer takes place.
4. Select and handover responsiblities to the next office bearers of the committee and serve
like a mentor their tenure.
