order of guessing is randomised (for each

• Redundant guesses will get you -5.

between a music artist and a P2P Internet
service in April 2000. It was the first high
profile case of an artist suing a peer-to-peer
software company for copyright infringement.
The battle led to more lawsuits and eventual

between artists/record labels and online
media sharing platforms we see today.
