My name is Patricia Schlicht, and I have been working in Open Education since early 2006.
In 2000, I joined the Commonwealth of Learning (COL), an intergovernmental organization created by Commonwealth Heads of Government to encourage the development and sharing of open learning and distance education knowledge, resources and technology, and brought my international project management skills from a variety of national and international governments and non-government organizations to COL.
