• Avoid dominating the discussion/ interrupting
• Focus on all the options equally.
• Consider pros, cons, and trade-offs fairly.
• Actively listen.
• Avoid labeling and name calling.
• Accept differences of opinion.
• Focus on working through conflicts.
• Speak one at a time.
