Currently partner’s files will be collected for each region (APJ, EMA and AMS),
these claim forms needs to be validated, processed and then the claims needs to be paid out
to partners.
In future these claim forms will be replaced by Claimless which will process all the region
files, upon the file upload on to server, TIBCO process will enrich/validate the data and
placed to DB. Claims will be paid to the customer upon successful process.
The data collected by the retailers & the partners are used by the CDM that holds the IPP.
The IPP has the rebates & claims to the partners. This helps the partner to avail discounts
and claims on HP products based on the market conditions & the competition. These
rebates & discounts are given only the HP products that are available in the inventory. The
data from the CDM will be used by FCM eventually.

Synopsis :
involved in development of a Retail Sale Invoice System for Hardware
Products Trading. This System is essential for HP Products Trading in order to serve the
growing customer base. Payment terms are usually stated on the invoice. These may specify
that the buyer has a maximum number of days in which to pay, and is sometimes offered a
discount if paid before the due date. The buyer could have already paid for the products or
services listed on the invoices. In the rental industry, an invoice must include a specific
reference to the duration of the time being billed, so in addition to quantity, price and discount
the invoicing amount is also based on duration. Generally each line of a rental invoice will
refer to the actual hours, days, weeks, months, etc., being billed. Prior to this, eInvoice used
Excel Spread Sheet for invoicing,. We developed a system that is fast, accurate, robust,
extensible and needs very little human interaction.
