2. • Project: Bing Local Search.
• Tool: UHRS (UNIVERSAL HUMAN RELEVANCE SYSTEM).
• Description: UHRS means “Universal Human Relevance System”. It normally deals with
categorization of internet data and web pages. However, there are some more particular tasks.
Such as judging an entity and providing the relevant content to the user. Prioritizing the raw
data into specific user intent based on location and match quality, hence forth improving the
Bing search engine by providing appropriate data to the user.
Roles:
• Understanding functional requirement document.
• Working as a part of ‘LRM Relevance’ project which aimed at standardization of the Bing
Search Results.
• As a research I have worked on different projects of Bing Microsoft, which aims at
researching natural language & foreign language queries which require a human research
evaluation to interpret the query, Assess the user intent, and ensure that relevant and useful
results are returned to the user.
• As Part of SME, I do QC on data for specific market projects along with training.
• Arranged analysis reports and be accountable to answer any queries, complaints or proposal.
• Documenting latest changes in Guidelines for all the Hit Apps based tasks.
• Carry out analysis of the given data and draw correct inferences, in keeping the objectives of
