Problem: In a world where partial address books can be found in a number of social networks, Web and
client-based email accounts and on multiple devices, keeping those connections safe and up-to-date has
never been more challenging. Layer on top of that the need to be mobile and access your latest
contacts wherever you are and the challenge gets more complicated.
Solution: Since 2002, Plaxo has tackled the problem of address book decay, staying in sync with the
most popular platforms and helping users safeguard their connections. Using Plaxo, people can manage
contact unification (from various address books), de-duplication and address book synchronization.
Using Plaxo Personal Assistant, the company is taking contact management to the next level by
automatically making that data better.
