The mentality profile outlines the essential components of the reward based PM model. Each of the items on the profile is evaluated to measure the subject’s contributions to the environment, society, or organisation; economically in terms of the factor-C, politically in terms of the factor-S, and socially in terms of the factor-F.

What you reward,
That you get
Thus the Mentality Profile comprises the essential components of a reward based
performance management model that is designed to optimise the return on investment,
ROI. This is achieved against the back drop of the business environment, EB. Serially:
1. MI = Maturation Index
2. Po = Power Index
3. RES/ RGT = Response/Appropriateness Index
WordPress 10. Soul, S Reward 4. NI = Normality Index
9. F 12. ROI 5. Nu = Index of the Number of Essentials
8. C 11. EB 6. Ps = Position Index
1. MI PfI 7. PfI = Performance Index
Google Me 2. Po 6. Ps 14. Rn 8. C = Character Index
3. RES/RGT 5. Nu 15. Pc 9. F = Personality Index
4. NI 16. Vc 10. S = Soul Index
17. √n
11. EB = Index of the Business Environment
12. ROI = Index of the Return on Investment
13. Rw = Reward Index.
14. Rn = Rationality Index
The Mentality Profile 15. Pc = Phenomenological Compression
16. Vc = Core Values (Talent/Professionalism)
17. n = Standard Procedure Index
To evaluate the ROI on the value creation model, VCM therefore, the input factor-C is
adjusted, according to the value of the business environment, EB. The factor- EB is a
measure of the quality of business environment that the subject creates. It is best at a unity,
for EB = 1; and decreases to approach zero, 0. It derives from the capacity of the person to
overcome the vagaries of the natural environment; in the shift from the preoccupation with
appearances, to the perception of essentials.

Recall also the following dictum:
Society is the product of the activities of humans in nature
Thus nature is an energy system; and people convert this energy, which is then used to build
society. The conversion is effected in the approximation of the natural order, N-O. The N-O
comprises the five, 5 essential elements of phenomena, arranged serially, to concatenate into
the phenomenon that is described; which then becomes the sixth, 6th item on the series, to
outline the standard procedure for the performance at task. Serially:
1. Item-3 The Task
2. Item-2 6. Phenomenon
3. Item-1 5. Item-5
4. Item-4
The Standard Procedure Series
To perform at task by the standard procedure is a mark of maturation, MI. It is evidence of
normality, NI in the adoption of duality to resolve the contradictions created by relativity.
Character, C is formed as people choose the standard, from the infinite number of possible
procedures that are available. The factor-C measures the effort that is expended in the
process, which would then be synonymous with the energy that is available for the creation
of ROI. The energy is also expressed as the number of essentials, Nu that the person is able
to identify. As well as the power, Po that is available to the personality, F to respond to
stimuli. Interpreted in reverse, the factor-F also defines the amount of entropy, F that a
person contributes to the environment. These determine the position, Ps of the person on the
Pareto 80-20 Continuum. Moreover, the energy is stored in humans in the form of soul, S.
The thirteen, 13 components of the mentality profile are derived from measures of the
following four, 4 factors: Rn, Pc, Vc, and √n. In the initial combinations, the factors S, F,
and C are derived; from which the other ten, 10 are evaluated. The factor-RES measures the
frequency of response to stimuli, while the factor-RGT measures the appropriateness of the
responses. PfI is the index of performance. It is a function of RES, RGT, and √n.
