1. What do you think about the effect on the awareness of Humanity, about the condition and
potential of the Worldwide Community of Human Beings with disAbilities, (half of Humanity)
with a 24 hours sequential Internet streaming show (if possible local TV broadcasting too), with
200 famous artists with disAbilities in cities, such as Stevie Wonder (USA), Paralamas do
Sucesso (Brazil), Andrea Bocelli (Italy), etc.
THE FORMULA
200 artists in countries X 7 minutes show = 24hours streaming
It would be similar to the New Year's Eve Fireworks, but with 200 famous artists with disAbility
in their country, making a 7 minutes live show (public or private), with a 4 minute art
performance (music, dancing, painting etc) – all performed by a disAbled person or persons,
and a 3 minute declaration about:
1) the first minute: the conditions of the Local Community of Persons with disAbilities;
2) the second minute: what the Local Community is planning to do over the next 365
days;
3) the last minute: a suggestion to Humanity of what to do over the next 365 days.
Each 7 minute segment will be an inspiration with art and collective and collaborative
intelligence showcasing skills of people with a disAbility.
At the end of each show, we will publish online a PDF with the local declaration and 3 pictures
of the show. At the end of the 200 shows we will publish online the full PDF document to be a
worldwide reference and guide.
WHEN
December 3rd is the UN - International Day of Persons with Disabilities, at 3PM each local time
can be an easy time worldwide, or maybe the Sunday before.
WHY
1.000.000.000 Human Beings around the planet have a disAbility. Most of them are part of the
base of the social pyramid because discrimination makes most of them fall under the line of
sub-employment, unemployment, poverty and misery. Half of Humanity is affected, if we
consider 2 relatives per HBWD, and the volunteers and professionals.
BACKGROUND
REUNAMOS Festivals is an innovative combination of ICTs with Collective Intelligence,
Collaborative Intelligence, Distributed Leadership and Chaordics Models, for and with the
Worldwide Community of Human Beings with disAbilities, result of a worldwide social
investigation of 13 years and some decades of experience in the innovative communication.
