3. Background
Paul is no stranger to the startup world. He’s been
building awesome companies like a ninja for the past 5
years. Paul is the founder and, now ex CEO of the
North East based Screen Reach Interactive and has
mentored and advised on a number of other startups
and accelerator programme.
Ricki has a background in communications, events and
marketing. She is a passionate healthy food enthusiast
and yoga evangelist. She can often be spotted sitting
cross-legged at her desk in the morning drinking juice
so green it looks radioactive. Word to the Wise: don’t
comment or she’ll offer to make you one.

We provide busy people with

it is hard to say NO.

10. Our MVP
Some nice food and a piece of
paper – we used a cup as our
cash box.

11. Mackerel
A Mackerel filet smoked to perfection
with spiced baked sweet potato and
accents of fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
Smoked Mackerel
Sweet Potato
Avocado
Apple
Cucumber Seeds

12. Chicken
A fresh and filling dish comprised of
griddled chicken breast and quinoa is
complemented by light avocado and apple
salad and finished with spiced honey
glazed almonds and a raspberry vanilla
vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Avocado
Apple
Quinoa with lemon, carrot, ginger
coriander and peas.
Deliverd Salad mix
Almonds with honey and spice
Raspberry vanilla vinaigrette

13. Salmon
A beautifully poached filet of salmon with
seasoned broccolini, served on a bed of
wild brown rice and fresh mixed greens.
The succulent flavours of the dish are
further complemented by a light orange and
ginger vinaigrette and tangerines.
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillet
Wild brown rice
tangerine segments
Tender stem broccoli with sesame seeds
Deliverd salad mix (pea shoots, baby kale)
+ watercress
Soya beans
Dressing: Rice vinegar, orange and ginger

14. Sweet Potato
A stunning combination of spices, sweet
potatoes, lentils and pears
transport the taste buds to candlelit
tables on warm mediterranean evenings.
Ingredients:
Sweet potato with spiced sea salt
Beetroot julienne
Deliverd salad mix Pumpkin seeds
Lentils
Pear wedges
lime segments
Parsley
Dressing: Spiced walnut pesto

30th March – Started testing menu and price in Sheffield.
Production limited to 17 meals a day.
5th April – Production stopped whilst on-boarding new kitchens
10 April – New kitchens go Live in Sheffield
13 April – Production and Selling Resumes.
1st June – Manchester Live.
