3. Background
Paul is no stranger to the startup world. He’s been
building awesome companies like a ninja for the past 5
years. Paul is the founder and, now ex CEO of the
North East based Screen Reach Interactive and has
mentored and advised on a number of other startups
and accelerator programme.
Ricki has a background in communications, events and
marketing. She is a passionate healthy food enthusiast
and yoga evangelist. She can often be spotted sitting
cross-legged at her desk in the morning drinking juice
so green it looks radioactive. Word to the Wise: don’t
comment or she’ll offer to make you one.

A Mackerel filet smoked to perfection
with spiced baked sweet potato and
accents of fresh fruit.

A fresh and filling dish comprised of
griddled chicken breast and quinoa is
complemented by light avocado and apple
salad and finished with spiced honey
glazed almonds and a raspberry vanilla
vinaigrette.

A beautifully poached filet of salmon with
seasoned broccolini, served on a bed of
wild brown rice and fresh mixed greens.
The succulent flavours of the dish are
further complemented by a light orange and
ginger vinaigrette and tangerines.
