1. SOFT SKILLS AND ETHICAL BEHAVIOR-
HOW THEY WORK HAND IN HAND
In this workshop, participants will actively participate in a discussion of soft
skills and ethical behavior and how they influence each other. Definitions of
soft and hard skills, ethics, morals and boundaries will be reviewed. Material
will be drawn from real world scenarios and will include topics such as
confidentiality, professionalism and ethical business practices.
