2. Social network site hashtag
● keyword or phrase preceded by the # symbol that people include in their
social media posts. This then facilitates the searching and grouping of
messages with given hashtags, this can be a word or short phrase

3. Computer mediated communication (CMC)
● any human communication that occurs through the use of
two or more electronic devices

4. Tweet
● a posting made on the social media website twitter

5. Mobile communication
● talking, texting or sending data or image files over a
wireless network. An example of mobile communication is
sending email from a computer using a wireless network
at your local coffee shop.
