PERSONAL SUMMARY
I am a hardworking individual who has a solid background in Administration and Customer Services. I enjoy
communicating with different people on a daily basis in person and on the telephone and being able to help them in
any way that I can within my role.
I love to be organised and I prioritise my work each day through writing lists and having a plan of what I need to
achieve.
I am a team player and work well with other people but I am also able to work on my own initiative and enjoy a
happy mix of this in my environment.
I have good administration skills but always keen to learn new skills to help me within the role I do. I am now
seeking a long term career in the housing sector and feel that with my past accomplishments that I would be asset
to any company.
For over 4 years I was a member of Chartered Institute of Housing, where I received a free weekly copy of Inside
Housing Magazine that kept me fully updated on everything in the social housing world.
I have a Diploma in Housing Studies, in which provide me with the necessary skills to work within both private and
social housing roles. Areas such as housing development and management, frontline housing support services,
management posts in Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords (RSL). This course was Focus on the
policy, management and economic aspects of housing in a UK and European context, and covers housing law,
housing development and housing management.

As a Director and a Commercial Manager I had to oversee company needs, handled daily business issues,
managed company associations, and recognized business opportunities. I also had be constantly communicating
and negotiating with clients and business associates. I also continuously worked to strategically expand, preserve
or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory
guidelines. In order to do commercial management with success I had to be a typically corporate manager and be
in charge of marketing. My department handles the client accounts and corporate relationships that fall under a
commercial manager’s portfolio. As a Commercial Managers I was required to utilise my knowledge of business
law to verify, oversee or approve commercial agreements and documentation.
The responsibilities of a Commercial Manager included:

Discovering areas that are not in keeping with regulation practices
Offering direction and instruction
Reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing operational process flows
