This document is a permission and release form for audio submissions to Target Film Productions. It grants Target Film Productions permission to record, transcribe, reproduce, distribute and broadcast the submission in full or partial form across various media formats now and in the future. It also allows the use of the author's name, image, voice and likeness in connection with the event and any associated advertising. By signing, the author releases Target Film Productions from any liability and understands the permissions are granted in perpetuity. The author also confirms they have obtained any necessary licenses if their submission includes third-party content.

I hereby grant permission for TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS to record my presentation and
comments (The Material), in any and all forms, for the above-named event and/or publication.
I further grant permission for TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS to transcribe and reproduce this
Material as part of the TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS Digital Library, and to distribute the
Material for sale in complete or partial form as part of a TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS
product on CD-ROM, videocassette, broadcast, webcast, cablecast, laserdisc, multimedia or any
other media format now or hereafter known. (Not all formats will be utilized.)
Accordingly, I give TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS the right to use my image, voice,
pronouncements, likeness, and my name, and any biographical material submitted by me, in
connection with the Event/Publication named above, whether used in excerpts or in full, for the
reproduction and distribution described above and for any associated advertising or exhibition.
I understand that TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS, as a not-for-profit entity with broad
educational purpose and its agents will invest considerable resources in reliance on the
permissions and releases herein, and that TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS is under no
obligation to exercise any or all of the rights, licenses, and privileges herein granted.
I hereby release and discharge TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS and the Event/Publication
sponsors and organizers from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the Event.
All permissions and releases granted by me herein shall be effective in perpetuity and extend
and apply to TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS and its assigns, contractors, sublicensed
distributors, successors, and agents.
In the event that any materials used in my presentation contain the work of other
individuals or organizations (including any copyrighted musical compositions or excerpts
thereof), I understand that it is my responsibility to secure any necessary permissions
and/or licenses* and will provide them in writing to TARGETFILMPRODUCTIONS
