Stress is condition of unease or discomfort
experienced by a person who is causing
excessive fear the added anxiety. Some causes
of stress among others, stress at work, financial
problems, personal relationships, social
relationships, disease, failure, physical and
mental condition, and the death of loved ones.
FEAR (Redundant) + ANXIETY = STRESS
Work Stress
Example:
1. Teacher
2. Doctors, nurses, and profession that many give
relief but often forget about yourself (workers
in the health sector).
Life Stress
Example:
1.Jams
2.Natural Disasters
Inside Stress (by worrying things)
Example:
1.As a result of divorce
2.In diagnosis of a disease that makes
short lifespan.
How To Solve:1. Repentance, Dhikr and Prayer
2. Overcome saturation life
3. Get rid of the psychological pressures
4. Get used to life with new things
5. Understand the limitations of self
6. Be aware of the limits of self
7. Exercise or exercise regularly
8. Consumption of a balance and nutritious meal
9. Get enough rest
10. Develop spiritual life
11. Get used to create an atmosphere of relaxed and casual
12. Adequate sleep
13. Get used to seeing the beautiful scenery
14. Set the breathing / respiratory gymnastics
15. Doing hobby
16. Perform a full (relaxasi muscle).
17. Do not expose yourself from boredom

ago was able to
survive “eat”
enough.
