Without judicial reform, it is difficult for any govt. to improve governance, maladministration, reduce corruption, make quick decision, addressing policy paralysis, indecision, reduce wastage of expenditures and resources, etc. Now in a democracy, everything left with judiciary and judicial decision. But sad part is that despite independence and autonomy, it often misused and Indian judiciary becomes one of the most corrupted institution in the country. Now if we go to court, you will get date after date rather than justice. Justice system become beyond the reach of common man despite shelling out big hard earned sum. to ensure transparency and accountability in judicial functioning, right to record, CCTV connectivity, digitization, e-court, reduce paper work, reduce number of adjournment, online monitoring, open court, reduce lawyers fee by putting a ceiling on per case, code of conduct for lawyers, judges and judicial staff, quick trial and punishment of erring judges without complicated procedure. Other than this, we need to set up National Judicial Commission with National Judicial Complaint Authority where erring judges and judicial staff can be punished just by sending letter with details. There should be special recruitment, training process in line with IAS which should be called Indian Judicial Services and all judicial officers should be get trained and recruited through National Judicial Service Commission only so that lawyers mingling with judges getting favour and uncle judges syndrome can be avoided.

1. Urgent need of Judicial Reform and Modi-fication of Judiciary for Right to Time-bound Justice and Right to Record to ensure transparency.
First of all we wish to congratulate you and your team of dedicated volunteers for making India into massive victory and expect a stable govt. for the next five years. It is the people victory against misgovernance and corruption and tyrannical government. As you are aware that the verdict clearly shows people clearly fed up with UPA and its wrong policies and programme and it is a clear cut rejection of voters and showed their anger against Congress party.
When NDA comes to power under your above leadership, we expect urgent reform in judiciary to ensure transparency and accountability of judicial function. Indian judiciary enjoying too much freedom which lack of transparent and accountability to people at large. Result crores of back log of cases, no time bound justice delivery, getting justice become an expensive affairs due to high cost involved in litigation, higher lawyers fee, the nexus between judiciary and lawyers and criminals etc.
We need urgent need of Judicial Reform and National Judicial Commission/ State Judicial Commission etc. where eminent people from different walk of life in its members to make judges and entire judiciary accountable to people at large for every wrongful decision and wrongful action esp. late verdict of judicial decisions etc.
Hence we demand following suggestions which need to be implemented urgently.
Right to Timebound Justice (RTJ) : Any citizen of India should get quality of justice within 90 days of occurrence/ filing of case. There should not be more than 3 adjournments and suitable dates and time should be fixed with both client’s convenience. Beyond 3 adjournment, judges should be made accountable including their lawyers/ litigants esp. accused side.
National Judicial Commission : To ensure transparency and accountability of judiciary including transfer and appointment of judges including suspension due to misconduct, bad verdict, misbehaviour, corruption, dereliction of duty, not delivering justice in time bound manner. Any litigant or citizen can complaint to national judicial commission and special officers

2. investigate the complaints in a time bound manner which is not more than 90 days of filing.
Creating National Accountability Commission: To try and entertain Top all political, corporate, judicial and bureaucratic cases in a time bound manner including bringing black money and all sensitive cases in a time bound manner.
Right to Record which should be implemented in all govt. offices and all judicial function. During King’s rule, justice delivered instantly at free of cost and before Gram Sabha and other eminent people. Today it becomes so secret and it is too expensive beyond the reach of common citizen.
Repealing all antiquated British state, central and other laws, rules and regulation including CrPC, CPC etc. including simplification of procedure, simplification of language and its function where common citizen can approach and represent their case independently and freely where group of people will hear instead of single judge who is playing with justice, freedom, liberty and life of the citizen. These bad old British laws which is quite unwanted in a independent democracy like ours and a commission should be appointed to quick repeal/ abolishing all antiquated laws which will reduce Licence-Inspector-permit raj and also reduce corruption and make stumbling block on development and victimization. Hope your govt. make dignity of living, dignity of life by protecting citizens fundamental rights through people friendly policies and programmes in the days to come.
When police station function on 24x7x 365 days without disruption or holiday, why the same logic not applied to Indian judiciary who can’t function the same manner? Need to make similar arrangement to ensure quick and timely justice to its citizen where every decision held up and affect our development due to lack of decision and indecision and Indian judiciary and bureaucracy became stumbling block for Development of the country. Like police station, there should be shift duty for judicial officers and its offices.
Modernisation and technological upgradation: All judicial officers should be trained with latest technology and there should be inter connected across India with proper data upload and management with proper back up centres on a real time basis on 24x7 basis. All courts and judicial officers, chambers etc. should

3. be connected with CCTV and internet where people can monitor judicial function online and people have right to record all judicial functions. This will alter judicial corruption and ensure better corruption free and unbiased judicial functioning and judicial fixing and to ensure there is no human right violation and all human beings are treated with respect instead of the present like cattle class and judges themselves behave like super privileged class and god like manner where they are not at all accountable to people at large.
In the days to come we expect a sea changes in governance, handling corruption, through Modi-fication and the Modification means Development, drastic changes in the system where citizen feel belonging and proud to be an Indian. After UPA came to power, the real patriotic feeling and India’s sovereignty threatened due to Licence-Permit Raj and wide spread Tax extortion. Remember that judicial and bureaucratic delays affecting India’s progress and development and these issues like Judicial Reform and Transparency and accountability of Judiciary should be the prime concern of NDA govt. to ensure growth, progress and development.
In the days to come we expect a drastic changes in govt. approach towards people at large and as the UPA already damaged the sentiment of people and corruption, inaction, delay, misgovernance, price rise and law and order at all level badly affect across India. The landslide victory nothing, but the emotional expression against UPA and its tyrannical policies. In the days to come hope you will consider the above suggestions in the interest of public at large and your favourable quick action in this regard will be highly obliged.
In the days to come we expect pro-people, good governance, pro- people development and growth through MODI-FIED action and the Brand Modi is not only staying in Media, it is going to be real, visible and actionable and your bitter critics have to face tough question and approve, there is “Modi wave” continues to grow without any political or Corporate ‘Match-fixing with Congress’ in the coming days and people reposed faith in you and it is the duty for you to keep the support and sentiment growing for BJP’s govt. under your leadership and able guidance. We expect your positive and quick action speak louder than thousand words.
