2. REQUIREMENTS
◦ BEDROOM 1 - King size bed , wardrobe , study table with book shelve, big
floor carpet , indoor plant , small wardrobe with night lamp beside the bed .
A big mirror on wall / with dressing table . Room color - lavender.
◦ BEDROOM 2 (Guest room)- bed , wardrobe, small sofa set , window &
curtains, indoor plants . Color – pista green .
◦ BATHROOM – Attached bathroom should be pink in color with a bahtub ,
and the common washroom should have black and white tiles combination
tiles with white wall color.
◦ KITCHEN – Modular kitchen . Color – wall color white and furniture maroon
color.
◦ LIVING ROOM AND DINING TABLE – dining table (glass) and wooden chairs.
Sofa set with center table . Wall panting , hanging light , floor carpet ,
wardrobe . Color – light golden with one side wallpaper.
◦ BALCONY – Swing chair , some plants for decoration.
