● Architected and implemented Security Monitoring Reporting System which captures the vulnerabilities
present in the Cisco offerings and provides predefined fixes as per CISCO IC
● Built Communication Tool that automates the communication to internal clients dynamically using
ServiceNow REST APIs, increasing the productivity of the team by ~50%. The key features included
predefined and customized email templates
● Created Status Page Application integrated with Appdynamics, which aids customers to visualize the
application health status and availability. The application is subscribed by 50+ external Cisco customers
● Worked on Availability Plus application that processes the real-time health status data of the
business-critical applications and aids in visualizing it in a user-friendly manner
● Developed Unified Portal that allows parallel operations on application services running on Cisco servers
from a single location which reduced the application downtime by ~80%
● Implemented workflows in ServiceNow platform for self-healing of services running on Cisco servers
