     • Handling & coding all supplier invoices as per the terms and conditions agreed
       with them.
     • Purchase orders and material receipt vouchers in MYOB system of accounting.
     • Maintaining general ledger for all Creditors and other suppliers and doing
       reconciliations including bank reconciliations at regular intervals generating same
       reports from MYOB.

•   Handled Product pricing, Domestic and International Invoicing as per their quotations and Letter of
    Credit Conditions.  
•   Handling books of accounts including general ledgers for all debtors and creditors and its periodic
    reconciliations.    
•   Maintaining bank books and making periodic reconciliations, interactions with bank, customers and
    suppliers for any differences in to account.
•   Periodic preparation of various accounting and financial statements like P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow
    statements, Working capital analysis, Variance analysis for annual budgets etc.

•    With Break even analysis helped management in deciding to buy one semi finished product instead of
    producing in own factory and got appreciation from management.
•   Designed and implemented internal control system at factory stores level, helped organisation to put
    control on wast ages and scraps.
•   Started regular MIS reports like aging report helped management to make timely follow up to
    customers for recovery. Reports like ABC analysis, Moving-non moving analysis, and material
