Employees Provident f,'und (EPF) 
The EPF contribution will be according to the statutory rate. 
Travelling Allowance 
You will be reimbursed the motorcycle allowance at rate as per current policy if 
required to use your own motorcycle to carry out the daily routine work. 
Notice of Termination 
Fourteen (14) days written notice or pay in lieu of notice from either party. Upon 
your confirmation, it shall be one (l) month written notice or pay in lieu of notice. 
Transfers 
In response to organisational requirements, the Company may in its discretion to 
transfer you to any estate or division managed by the Group. 
Other Employment 
While in the employment of the Company, you shall not directly or indirectly engage 
in any business of your own or undertake any outside work without the prior and 
sppcific written permission from the Company. 
General 
You will undertake not to communicate or divulge to any person(s) other than the 
Company's authorised representatives any information you may obtain in relation to 
the affairs of the Company. 
It is the Company's policy that the terms and condition of employment are 
confidential to the individual and the Company. It is expected that you will like wise 
respect the confidentiality of your terms and conditions of employment.
