On behalf of Put-In-Bay Resort & Affiliates, I am pleased to extend this offer of
employment at Put-In-Bay Resort & Conference Center. We are confident that your skills and
experience in the area of hospitality will be an asset to our company.
Beginning as soon as Monday, April 18, 2016 but no later than Sunday, May 08, 2016, Put-In -
Bay Resort & Affiliates employ you as a Front Desk Receptionist located at 439 Loraine
Avenue, Put-In-Bay, OH 43456. You will report directly to Lisa Cooper, General Manager of
Put-In-Bay Resort & Affiliates.
As compensation of your services, your starting pay rate will be xxx an hour. Our standard pay
schedule consist of a bi-weekly pay period with a possible bonus pay incentive up to $500 at the
end of the season based off performance. You will be entitled to housing and commuter boat
pass based off living on the island. If you do not finish working the season due to termination or
resignation, the commuter boat pass will be deducted out of your final pay check. During the first
year of your employment you will be subject to two formal reviews of performance: one after
three months, and the other will come before the season concludes.
Please inform us by responding to this email of your decision to accept employment for
upcoming season. This offer will expire in (10) business days from the date of this letter. Should
you decide to accept this offer, we can discuss further arrangements to complete the hiring
