5th Natural Europe Project Meeting

        26-28 September, 2012

What we do so far
• We usually discuss on the audiences that
  you think Natural Europe should address

• We also think of services you would like to
  see deployed, etc.

• We asked you to identify these audiences
  and/or services by writing on post-its and
  sharing with the group
Vision Document
• D2.1 White Paper on Natural Europe Vision

• Living document – incorporates input from
  meetings, online tool and campaign (soon)

• Reflects changes in the project
  implementation as we move forward
“Vision Box”
• If Natural Europe was marketed in a box,
  how would this look like?

• Emphasize unique characteristics of the
  product, avoiding long lengthy descriptions

• Who? What? When? Where? Why?
Imagine it’s September 2013


  The iPhone 5s is about to be launched!!!

        But the iPhone usually sells itself, so
let’s think about Natural Europe products…
Natural Europe
• Natural Europe is also launching a new
  product bundle, containing all the services
  and content the project has produced

• If all of these were to be packaged in one
  box, how would this look like?
  – Identify the slogans and text that would be
    printed on the box
  – How about the art work?
Natural History in-a-box
Getting Creative
• Each one gets a post-it and a marker and
  thinks of 1-2 phrases that MUST go on the
  box

• 10’ to think it over

• 10’ to share everything on the board
Examples
• New & improved interactive installations!

• Amazing pathways that will make you cry!

• Etc.
Getting Artistic
• Let’s design the box!

• Sides are usually reserved for instructions,
  description of contents of the box, etc
  – But we can do anything we want with them!

Draw your ideas!
• 10’ to think and sketch some

• 10’ to share with the group

• No “Picassos” needed here, a sketch of
  what you think is enough!
