Fluke Biomedical holding new product demonstrations at Arab Health 2012
EVERETT, WASHINGTON –Fluke Biomedical is proud to announce it will be conducting special demonstrations of their
new ProSim 8 and ProSim 4 Vital Signs Simulators at Arab Health 2012 (Booth 1H19).
The only patient monitor simulator in the world capable of simulating 8 correlated patient parameters
simultaneously, the ProSim 8allows users to complete in-depth preventive maintenance (PM) testing in 5 minutes or
less. ProSim 8 simulates ECG, respiration, temperature, IBP/cardiac catheterization, cardiac output, NIBP, and
SpO2—including new Masimo multi-wavelength SpO2 Rainbow SET—in physiologically synchronized pulses.
ProSim 4 is the ultimate quick-check simulator on the go. This touchscreen simulator provides quick and simple
patient monitor performance checks in as little as 60 seconds. ProSim 4 performs 12-lead ECG simulation,
respiration, IBP and NIBP testing in the palm of your hand.
Christopher Rayburn, Director of Marketing for Fluke Biomedical, is "pleased to showcase our new ProSim Vital
Signs Simulators at Arab Health. Response from the Middle East market has been very positive since the launch of
these innovative new devices."

Fluke Biomedical makes charitable donation in support of Engineering World Health mission
in Rwanda
CLEVELAND, OHIO – Fluke Biomedical acknowledges today the work of Engineering World Health (EWH) with the donation of a
patient monitor test kit for use in an upcoming mission to Rwanda. Engineering World Health is a non-profit, charitable organization
dedicated to mobilizing the biomedical engineering community to improve the quality of health care in hospitals that serve resource-
poor communities of the developing world.
Globally recognized as the most trusted name in medical device quality assurance and safety, Fluke Biomedical products ensure
quality, reliability and accuracy of medical instruments throughout a hospital facility. Fluke Biomedical’s contribution to this mission
is a patient monitor test kit including a PS420 Multiparameter Patient Simulator and a DPM1B Pneumatic Transducer Tester.
EWH representatives report Rwanda is suffering from a severe shortage of usable biomedical equipment and trained professionals,
which contributes to improper diagnoses and care of patients. Engineering World Health’s goal is to provide enough trained
professionals to service every hospital in Rwanda within three years. EWH has created the most comprehensive technician training
program to date in Rwanda.
