Phyto-estrogens reduce the incidence of prostate
cancer. Due to their Omega 3 content, soy reduces
the incidence of heart attacks, they lower blood
pressure and they reduce the incidence of heart
arrythmias. In low to moderate intake have no
effect on feminization, sperm production or motility.

What are the differences between
white and brown rice?
Brown rice is commonly referred to as hulled rice that is a whole grain,
whereas, white rice is milled, whereby removing the hull of the grain that
contain the bran and germ layers.
Brown rice containing bran and germ layers is a source of fiber, protein, niacin,
B6, folate, pantothenic acid, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium,
phospherous, manganese, potassium, zinc and selenium.
The essential oils contained in brown rice have been found to lower LDL
cholesterol and reduce the risks of heart disease and stroke.

any oil coming secondhand from

WHY DOES THE ANTI-COAGULANT
COUMADIN HAVE A AN FDA WARNING
ABOUT EATING GREEN VEGETABLES?
The only naturally occurring coumestan in the food chain is the phytochemical
coumestrol. Coumestrol is found in beans, split peas, clover, spinach, alfalfa sprouts,
brussel sprouts and soybean sprouts. Coumestrol is an isoflavone from which
coumadin is derived. The anti-coagulant properties of the seeds of the tonka bean
containing coumadin are so potent that they can be lethal in large doses.
Due to this, the FDA had it’s use banned in food in the USA.
