Title Triangles are all around us. Some examples are as easy as doritos and tortilla chips. Other
more complex examples are bridges and the pyramids. Without triangles much of our daily
Introduction lives would be more difficult. They make our lives easier.

Title
Introduction
In this project you will be split into 6 different teams. Each team will research and
Task present different aspects of triangles. These will be the different types of triangles;
equilateral, isosceles, and scalene. The other 3 teams will research the different types
Process of angles; acute, right, and obtuse. At the end the teams will present their research
Evaluation using a power point they created. During this presentation each member will be
assigned to read a different slide from their power point. I will also have each team
Conclusion print out their power point so the other students can use it to help them study for the
upcoming test.

angle. Focus on how these were created, who created them, when were they
Process created.
Evaluation Step 2: Characteristics
In this step I want you to research the different characteristics of your given subject.
Conclusion What makes yours different from the other teams?
Step 3: Who Cares?
This step will show why we need the subject that you are researching. How does this
help our daily lives? What objects does it help to create?

Congratulations you have completed this project! By the end of this project each group
Title should at the very least completely understand the subject that they researched and
presented. I also hope that everyone learns a good amount of information from the other
Introduction teams that are presenting. Remember that there is still a lot more to learn about triangles
Task and angles. One website that is entertaining and educational that you might want to check
