This powerpoint presentation was presented for ‘Create Auroville Together’ Session on ‘New Auroville Economy for Manifesting the Dream’ on 19th
December, 2016 at Unity Pavilion. The presentation introduced the 2017 New Auroville Economy project hosted by Unity Pavilion. The idea of the project is
to, in 2017, hold a space for re-appraising and re-designing Auroville's economy to Harness our values, manifest the Vision and live Auroville's Dharma in the
World. The 19th CAT introduced the fields of work in 2017 and created a platform for community participation.

During 2017, Unity Pavilion intend to hold a space for re-appraising and re-designing Auroville’s economy to Harness our values, manifest the Vision and live
Auroville's Dharma in the World. The attempt is to create an economy that deeply derives from the broadest and deepest possible interpretation of the works of
the Mother and Sri Aurobindo. It will do so by integrating knowledge and experience with a participatory approach, creating space for working through values
as a community, re-appraising present policies and existing possibilities existent in the world. Through this, energy blockages, new ways and changes needed
will be revealed. The invisible will be made visible. Interaction will involve deep listening and not being limited by particular agendas or beliefs, through a
space that encourages and facilitates openness in a safe way.

This is a survey form based on the exercises conducted on 19th December 2016 as a part of Create
Auroville Session on New Auroville Economy for Manifesting the Dream. The session introduced Unity
Pavilion's project of holding a space for re-appraising and re-designing the Auroville's economy together
as a community in 2017, through a series of community workshops, sessions with experts from inside and
outside, rigorous applied research, and different groups and sub-groups that emerge from the community
working in different fields. The four exercises are for engaging with the community members on the
project, the economic reality, their ideas and their participation.
