Axis Bank Certification solution has been a transformational experience for laterals who have been
part of the system for very long time. The industry expectations have changed, and certifications are
mainstream now. Each customer checks for number of certified people within the organization before
giving the project. Even in context of Managed Services certifications are a compulsion.
Axis BUs and managers gave us an opportunity of creating a certification-oriented solution where the
end goal should be certified resources on Power Platform stack. Mapping various levels of end users
with appropriate certifications as [er job role was a hectic task for us.
Power Platform certification like PL-900 mapped to all end users and basic power users with PL 100
and PL 200 mapped with Power App developers. PL 300 attracted maximum registrations due to data
analysis and data visualization requirements in the banking segment. PL 500 with Power Automate
was the first choice for automation engineers.
Entire execution plan with required prerequisites and building certified resources on each stream was successfully
crafted with number of employees mapped at each level. With end goal mapped with large set of certified resources
was the key success of the solution.
