on 8x8 grid.

force” method in chess.
• DeepMind works on combination of
different elements to mimic human
decision-making.
• The algorithm was developed in
phases including supervised learning,
reinforcement learning, “intuition”,
value network learning & algorithm
combining all these, called “Monte Carlo
tree search”
• DeepMind analyse data for patterns. It
has no idea it’s playing Go!

• Q: Who created the film’s trailer?
• IBM Watson created the first AI-made film trailer.
• IBM researchers fed Watson hundreds of horror film trailers to determine what
scares audiences most. Watson then modelled a pants-crapping edit using the
10 best moments from “Morgan,” which an IBM editor then assembled into the
film’s trailer.
• AI shortened the process to 24 hours when it typically takes 10 to 30 days to
complete a trailer.
