2. Nature of work
 Testing and commissioning of all Electrical switchgear from 415 volts to 11KV
System.
 Knowledge of 33 KV Gas Insulated switchgear.
 Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable
schedule for sub-station.
 Testing and commissioning of relay for 11 KV supply to the transformer and its
control calibration as per the requirement.
 Over current and earth fault relays.
 Testing of CT, PT and circuit breaker.
 Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control and protection circuits.
 Co-ordination with client for understanding his load requirements and
problems and troubleshooting same.
 Coupling of RMU (Ring Main Unit) on site.
 Service and maintenance of VCB’s (Vaccum Circuit Breaker) and ACB’s (Air
Circuit Breaker).
 Installation, commissioning and fault rectification for CSS (Compact Sub-
Station).
 Keeping check of Environmental Hazards and Safety (EHS) practices on site.
Some of the Projects executed by me successfully
 Working as Service Engineer in Siemens Project.
From August 2014 to December -2015: 11 kV Distribution Up gradation Project
Client: Bangalore Electricity Supply Company
Limited, India.
(Government of Karnataka undertaking)
 Handled various sites for service and maintenance in and around
Ahmadabad,sangli,Chandigarh, Jammu& Kashmir etc
 Worked on complete fabrication of compact sub-station (CSS) at Goa under the
supervision of Siemens.
 Handled coupling of RMU at Reliance Industries Ltd. On site and preparing
procedure for doing so.
 Retrofitting of RMU for achieving motorization and SCADA control at NPCL (Noida
power company Ltd.)
 Presently posted in Delhi for service of RMU on NDPL (North Delhi Power Ltd) and
supervision of RMU for TPDDL (Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd) at Delhi.
 Attended training for EHS and GIS at Siemens Goa for 7 days which provided special
exposure on 33 KV GIS configuration, its operation, fundamentals, principle and
installation procedure.
 Providing installation and fault assistance to BSES Rajdhani Power at Delhi.
