JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

Responsible for PM and breakdown maintenance of Utility like
Daily breakdown review with the department head.
To ensure smooth running and upkeep of all Equipment.
To attend & find out root cause of daily break down to avoid reoccurrence.
Planning of Preventive & predictive maintenance of utility.
To maintain the spare parts for reduce surprise breakdown Hours.
Responsible for preparing and shut down plans for reducing downtime.

2. JOB PROFILE:-
Work on 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, TPM, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and TS
16949 Systems.
Analysis of break-down trend and feed-back to maintenance member for
break-down reduction.
Verification of break-down analysis and counter-measure taken.
Timely feed-back and technical support to equipment to reliability teamto
solve critical break-downs, repeated break-downs.
Co-ordination with vendors to attend break-downs on machines.
All utility equipment Installation, Connections, Function and Problem fiend
out & repair.
Repair All Electrical and Electronic Circuit &, All Proximity Switches, Sensor,
Relay, Timer, Limit Switch, Photo Sensor.
AC Drives: Trouble shooting & maintenance of yaskawa and powerflex.
To prepare preventive maintenance plan for every machine for efficient
operation.
To modify the preventive maintenance plan after break-down analysis.
Assuring availability of resources for preventive maintenance activity.
