Letter to Rick Scott, Governor of FL
Sir
Ramón Morris
Executive Office of the Governor of the State of Florida Rick Scott
The Capitol
400 S. Monroe St.
Tallahassee, FL 32399-0001
His Office.-
Ref.: Meeting request.
Dear Mr. Ramón Morris:
Thanks for your recent email from today, which give us the opportunity to a meeting with
the Governor Rick Scott.
We like to inform you that the meeting with the Governor is to present a revolutionary
techno-political platform which will allow all the U.S. Governors to eliminate the financial crisis,
without new state debt.
You know that after February 15, 2014, the Federal Government must reduce again
resources to fund public spending (payrolls and social assistance programs). We are already
seeing that the amount of Food Ticket has been reduced, and we don´t known how many budget
cuts have to do each Mayor and Governor in the United States to face the new financial situation
after February 15, 2014. All these and further sacrifices ARE NOT NECESSARY AND COULD
BE AVOIDED adapting urgently a comprehensive financial system like ELPAS-DEF.
For the meeting with the Governor and its economic- and financial advisers I propose the
following agenda:
a) Introduction of the general guidelines of the ELPAS-GOV platform.
b) Central point: Presentation of the innovative “Dual Electronic Financial System, ELPAS-
DEF System and its proposed juridical respective framework, which can eliminate the
causes of financial crisis in the United States and Europe.
c) Section of questions and answers.
d) Conclusion and decision of the Governor, Rick Scott.
3. For the presentation is necessary to have a translator in English, because my native language
is German and my second language is Spanish. I prefer to speak in Spanish.
Annex I send you a short description of the DEF-System with its proposed juridical framework.
For more information you can contact our WEB-sites:
a- www.elpasinternational.org (ELPAS-USA Foundation, Inc), and
b- www.elpasinternational.com (new ELPAS International Inc).
Waiting for further instructions, I salute you.
Sincerely,
Friedrich W. Siegel

Collapse or Slow Death?
By Nick Hodge | Wednesday, December 11th, 2013
What is it with "collapse?"
People love doomsday scenarios of all kinds: economic, societal, apocalyptic,
zombie.
The world was supposed to end twice in the past few years. A Google News search
of "collapse" will yield tens of thousands of results on any given day.
"Jim Rogers: Global Financial System Headed for Collapse" reads one headline.
"Peter Schiff: 'Clueless' Yellen Will Trigger Collapse" says another.
The dollar's gonna collapse. The Dow's gonna collapse. The U.S. is going to
collapse.
If Rogers is right, the entire global financial system is going to collapse.
