This document provides instructions for submitting materials to the SWAP AND CHAT event at the 2009 NCLA Conference. Participants should send 50 copies each of up to two sample items to Willie Nelms at the specified address by September 28, 2009. The document also includes a contact information form to be completed and included with submitted materials.
