2. What is my identity?
I am a helpful and caring person who will always stop to give others a hand. This is a part of my identity as helping
others makes me who I am. My hobbies which include travelling, music and fashion are also factors in which help to
create my identity. I enjoy travelling as it allows me to discover something new and allows me to see life at a new
perspective. Travelling also allows you to take a break from reality and experience life in a new way and out of the
normality. Music is also an escape as most of the time artists give their opinions and thoughts on a real life subject
but portray it in a form of music to target the audience in a creative way. Listening to music also allows me to be
open to new things as there are many different genres of music, I like to include music in my everyday life. Fashion
also makes up my identity as the way I dress portrays a story to people and represents what my personality may be
like before I actually open up to anyone. I like to look at fashion and discover new styles which are not as
mainstream and look at brands such as ‘supreme’ as they create clothing and items which are different and
exclusive.
3. What is my purpose?
My purpose, at this point in my life is to learn and be educated, this will allow me to be successful in
the future. I would like to get a good education and gain knowledge in creative media furthermore
advance in my education and study media in university. My purpose to be educated will allow me to
gain knowledge and skills and give me the qualifications to attend ‘University of Kent’ which is where I
aspire to go. Once I have completed my education in university I will be able to have a successful
career in the media and my new purpose will to be go to work and enjoy the work I am doing.

have also learnt how to carry out research, plan and evaluate my work successfully and to a
good standard.
5. What can I do- skills?
Over the academic year I have also learnt many new skills which help to produce my media
work. These skills involve editing, camera operating, developing sound, using professional
software, photographing, photo shopping and much more. I have learnt skills that have allowed
me to use software such as:

6. What do I want to achieve?
In the future I would like to go to university to study media and communication and
culture. Once I have completed my university course I hope to achieve a successful career
within the film industry. I would like to achieve the role of a director and a film editor. The
reason for this is because I enjoy film editing and I feel as if I have good skills to achieve
this.
7. What does London mean to you?
London to me is home as I was born in London and have lived here ever since. Therefore I see London as
home before anything. London is also a diverse city which has many cultures in it. It is also a free country
in terms of the diversity and equality to all people regardless of race, sexuality, religion, gender etc.
London also allows individuals to express themselves through music, art, fashion and in many other
creative forms. London is also a city with beautiful architecture and many unusually shaped buildings.
The city also holds famous landmarks.
