This document discusses the rationale for PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education). PDHPE promotes physical activity, healthy eating, and friendship skills in children. It teaches children to engage in physical activities, maintain a balanced diet, develop relationships through cooperation and trust, and stay aware of their safety. The goal is for students to learn communication, decision making, interaction, movement, and problem solving skills through PDHPE.
