Everything that helps make life easier. For example, electricity. You cannot imagine your life without electricity.
But electricity is not a choice, it is a necessity, it is one that enables you to do almost every work you do in your life.
Therefore, whatever empowers you in any way can make your life easier. Whether it makes you physically or mentally empowered.
Just as advanced technology can make people’s lives physically better, similarly good habits, wise decisions, and positive thoughts can enrich your mental health to accomplish good in your life.
And in this post, I have prepared a list of 24 habits and decisions which can make life easier.
