2. Tofu Noodles
Add tofu with noodles and finely chopped vegetables. Add some spice

3. Tofu Steaks with Shiitakes

Blend egg with tarragon, hot sauce, salt and pepper - Fry sliced tofu
over medium-low heat - Add egg mixture and stir until the egg is set but
creamy.
7. Tofu Burger
Mix the tofu with panko bread crumbs into the patty mixture - Refrigerate the
mixture for minimum 20 minutes - Give the mixture a patty shape and deep fry
on oil - Assemble the patties onto each bun with mayonnaise, arugula, sliced
tomato and cheese. Serve the tasty Tofu Burger.
8. Tofu Curry with Rice
Fry shallots, ginger, and garlic on heated oil - Add peanut butter, turmeric,
cumin, and chili paste - Add tofu, carrots, bell pepper and salt; simmer over
medium heat - Cook until carrots gets tender - Garnish and serve with rice.
