Commissions considered were those issued between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 to
FHTM Canada Representatives who have actively participated in the FHTM Canada program for at
least one year. We at FHTM Canada are proud of our customer base growth and the Representatives
who participated in commissions paid.

The earnings of the FHTM Independent Representatives in this chart are not necessarily
representative of the income, if any, that an FHTM IR can or will earn through his or her participation in
the FHTM Compensation Plan. These figures should not be considered as guarantees or projections
of your actual earnings or profits. An FHTM IR’s success depends upon and requires successful sales
efforts, hard work, leadership and teamwork.
