Welcome to This presentation reviews  our compensation plan and introduces you to the ways that you can make money when you sell our products and introduce the Noble Purpose opportunity to others.
There are three groups of commissions; weekly, monthly and quarterly. Commission Schedules Weekly commissions ensure you start seeing benefits from your efforts quickly. Monthly commissions help you build towards a long term residual income. Quarterly commissions are comprised of the bonus pools that pay you for team building efforts.
Weekly commissions are comprised of  the First Order Bonus, Weak Side Bonus and Matching Bonus. Weekly Commissions We chose a weekly commission structure for these earnings methods in order to get money into your hands quickly.
Ranks Ranks define the level of achievement you’ve reached with Noble Purpose. Your personal and group sales volumes along with your sponsoring efforts are examined each period and used to assign your level of achievement (rank). Each higher rank is eligible for increasing benefits from the compensation plan.
Ranks: Distributor Distributor is the default rank within the weekly pay structure. Distributors are eligible to purchase from the company at wholesale prices, sponsor new members to build an organization and begin working toward s higher ranks.
Ranks – Active Distributor You are elevated in title to Active Distributor when you have a minimum of $100 in personal business volume (BV) during the last 31 days.  This is referred to as having met Active status. Active Distributors are eligible to benefit from the First Order Bonus
Ranks – Active Distributor This bonus is paid on the BV associated with the first invoice created for an income center, customer or preferred customer. First Order Bonus Tier One – 20% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the individual that placed the order. Tier Two – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier One bonus. Tier Three – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier Two bonus.
Ranks: Qualified Distributor To advance in rank, all you need to do is meet Active and Qualified statuses. Personally sponsor 1 into the Left side of your organization and 1 into the Right, each of whom meet Active status.
Ranks: Qualified Distributor Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits: First Order Bonus Tier One – 20% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the individual that placed the order. Tier Two – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier One bonus. Tier Three – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier Two bonus. Paid on the first invoice created for an income center, customer, or preferred customer.
Sales Teams As your organization grows, new distributors will be placed in the first available position in the left or right side  of your downline. Sales from these distributors are accumulated and used to calculate your Weak Side Bonus.
Ranks: Qualified Distributor Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits: Weak Side Bonus For example, you have $1,000 BV on the left and $500 on the right side of your downline. You will receive 10% of $500; a $50.00 bonus A Qualified Distributor with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg up to a maximum of $500 weekly. $250 $650 $40 $60 $100 $275 $125 $50 bonus $1,000 BV $500 BV
Ranks: Qualified Distributor Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits: Weak Side Bonus After this bonus has been paid, the total BV in the weak leg is deducted from both sides and the balance in the strong side is carried forward to the next commission period. $50 bonus $1,000 BV $500 BV $1500 BV $0
Ranks: Qualified Distributor Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits: Weak Side Bonus For example, $1,000 on the left side and $500 on the right will pay a $50 Weak Side Bonus. $500 will be deducted from both sides leaving a balance of $500 on the left side carried forward to the next period. The maximum Weak Side Bonus paid to a Qualified Distributor is capped at $500 per week.
Ranks: Qualified Distributor Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits: This bonus is equal to 25% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline (as opposed to placement downline) Matching Bonus
Ranks: Qualified Distributor In summary, a Qualified Distributor receives: First Order Bonus Weak Side Bonus Matching Bonus 20% or 10% of the BV of a downline individuals first order depending on level. 10% of the BV in your weaker leg of Binary downline 25% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline.

Weak Side Bonus A qualified Ruby with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV on the weaker side of their organization Ranks: Ruby Ruby qualified distributors receive the following benefits: The maximum weekly earnings from Weak Side bonuses is raised from $500 per week to
Equal to 30% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline. Matching Bonus Ranks: Ruby Ruby distributors receive the following benefits: 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second level of enrollment downline. 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the third level of enrollment downline.
Ranks: Ruby In summary, a Ruby distributor receives: First Order Bonus Weak Side Bonus Matching Bonus 20% or 10% of the BV of a downline individuals first order depending on level. 10% of the BV in your weaker leg of Binary downline 30% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline and 10% match on the 2 nd  and 3 rd  levels.

Weak Side Bonus A qualified Ruby with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg. Emerald qualified distributors receive the following benefits: Ranks: Emerald The maximum weekly earnings from Weak Side bonuses is now raised to
Equal to 35% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline. Matching Bonus 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second level of enrollment downline. 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the third level of enrollment downline. Equal to 40% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline. Matching Bonus 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second level of enrollment downline. 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the third level of enrollment downline. Blue Diamond distributors receive the following benefits: 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the fourth level of enrollment downline. Ranks: Blue Diamond
In summary, a Blue Diamond distributor receives: First Order Bonus Weak Side Bonus Matching Bonus 20% or 10% of the BV of a downline individuals first order depending on level. 10% of the BV in your weaker leg of Binary downline 40% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline and 10% match on the 2 nd  3 rd  and 4 th  levels. Ranks: Black Diamond Members who have met Active and Qualified status, as well as: ,[object Object]
Weak Side Bonus A qualified Black Diamond with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg. Black Diamond distributors receive the following benefits: Ranks: Black Diamond In recognition of your commitment to Noble Purpose and the growth of your business, the cap on Weak Side Bonus earning is removed.
Equal to 45% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline. Matching Bonus 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second, third, fourth and fifth  levels of enrollment downline. Black Diamond distributors receive the following benefits: Ranks: Black Diamond
In summary, a Black Diamond distributor receives: First Order Bonus Weak Side Bonus Matching Bonus 20% or 10% of the BV of a downline individuals first order depending on level. 10% of the BV in your weaker leg of Binary downline 45% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline and 10% match on the 2 nd  3 rd  4 th  and 5 th  levels. Ranks: Black Diamond
Ranks: Noble Elite Had at least $600,000 BV within the combined teams of its personally sponsored distributors, with no more than $75,000 of the BV coming from any one personally sponsored team for 10 consecutive weeks.
Weak Side Bonus A qualified Noble Elite with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg. Ranks: Noble Elite Noble Elite distributors receive the following benefits:
Equal to 50% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline. Matching Bonus 10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth levels of enrollment downline. Noble Elite distributors receive the following benefits: Ranks:  Noble Elite
In Summary, a Noble Elite distributor receives: First Order Bonus Weak Side Bonus Matching Bonus 20% or 10% of the BV of a downline individuals first order depending on level. 10% of the BV in your weaker leg of Binary downline 45% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline and 10% match on the 2 nd  3 rd  4 th  5 th  and 6 th  levels. Ranks: Noble Elite
Noble Purpose believes in getting money in your hands quickly via the weekly paid commissions that we have reviewed thus far, but it doesn’t end there. Monthly Commissions Each month ,regardless of your level of achievement, we will pay a Retail/Wholesale Bonus equal to: The difference between the Retail and Wholesale price of all purchases made by your personal Customers. The difference between the Retail price less 10% and Wholesale price of all purchases made by your personal Preferred Customers.
In addition to the weekly and monthly commissions, we also have bonuses that recognise exceptional effort and achievement. Quarterly Bonuses These Bonus pools are calculated every quarter and paid to members who have demonstrated commitment and effort in team building and management.
Distributors who have attained the rank of Blue Diamond or higher for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus. Blue Diamond Bonus Pool 1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual.
Distributors who have attained the rank of Black Diamond or higher for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus. Black Diamond Bonus Pool 1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual. This is paid to Black Diamonds and above, in addition to the Blue Diamond bonus pool
Distributors who have attained the rank of Noble Elite for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus. Noble Elite Bonus Pool 1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual. This is paid to Noble Elites and above, in addition to the Blue and Black Diamond bonus pools
Each year at the national convention, Our leaders will be rewarded with the keys and title to a brand new car. Leadership incentives Black Diamonds will receive the keys  and title to a new Toyota Prius, Cadillac, or Volvo This is a one time award for any one distributorship

Noble Purpose Compensation Plan Presentation

  • 1. Welcome to This presentation reviews our compensation plan and introduces you to the ways that you can make money when you sell our products and introduce the Noble Purpose opportunity to others.
  • 2. There are three groups of commissions; weekly, monthly and quarterly. Commission Schedules Weekly commissions ensure you start seeing benefits from your efforts quickly. Monthly commissions help you build towards a long term residual income. Quarterly commissions are comprised of the bonus pools that pay you for team building efforts.
  • 3. Weekly commissions are comprised of the First Order Bonus, Weak Side Bonus and Matching Bonus. Weekly Commissions We chose a weekly commission structure for these earnings methods in order to get money into your hands quickly.
  • 4. Ranks Ranks define the level of achievement you’ve reached with Noble Purpose. Your personal and group sales volumes along with your sponsoring efforts are examined each period and used to assign your level of achievement (rank). Each higher rank is eligible for increasing benefits from the compensation plan.
  • 5. Ranks: Distributor Distributor is the default rank within the weekly pay structure. Distributors are eligible to purchase from the company at wholesale prices, sponsor new members to build an organization and begin working toward s higher ranks.
  • 6. Ranks – Active Distributor You are elevated in title to Active Distributor when you have a minimum of $100 in personal business volume (BV) during the last 31 days. This is referred to as having met Active status. Active Distributors are eligible to benefit from the First Order Bonus
  • 7. Ranks – Active Distributor This bonus is paid on the BV associated with the first invoice created for an income center, customer or preferred customer. First Order Bonus Tier One – 20% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the individual that placed the order. Tier Two – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier One bonus. Tier Three – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier Two bonus.
  • 8. Ranks: Qualified Distributor To advance in rank, all you need to do is meet Active and Qualified statuses. Personally sponsor 1 into the Left side of your organization and 1 into the Right, each of whom meet Active status.
  • 9. Ranks: Qualified Distributor Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits: First Order Bonus Tier One – 20% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the individual that placed the order. Tier Two – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier One bonus. Tier Three – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier Two bonus. Paid on the first invoice created for an income center, customer, or preferred customer.
  • 10. Sales Teams As your organization grows, new distributors will be placed in the first available position in the left or right side of your downline. Sales from these distributors are accumulated and used to calculate your Weak Side Bonus.
  • 11. Ranks: Qualified Distributor Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits: Weak Side Bonus For example, you have $1,000 BV on the left and $500 on the right side of your downline.   • 40. Noble Purpose believes in getting money in your hands quickly via the weekly paid commissions that we have reviewed thus far, but it doesn’t end there. Monthly Commissions Each month ,regardless of your level of achievement, we will pay a Retail/Wholesale Bonus equal to: The difference between the Retail and Wholesale price of all purchases made by your personal Customers. The difference between the Retail price less 10% and Wholesale price of all purchases made by your personal Preferred Customers.
  • 41. In addition to the weekly and monthly commissions, we also have bonuses that recognise exceptional effort and achievement. Quarterly Bonuses These Bonus pools are calculated every quarter and paid to members who have demonstrated commitment and effort in team building and management.
  • 42. Distributors who have attained the rank of Blue Diamond or higher for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus. Blue Diamond Bonus Pool 1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual.
  • 43. Distributors who have attained the rank of Black Diamond or higher for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus.   • 44. Distributors who have attained the rank of Noble Elite for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus. Noble Elite Bonus Pool 1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual. This is paid to Noble Elites and above, in addition to the Blue and Black Diamond bonus pools

  1. Welcome to the Noble Purpose opportunity presentation! This presentation will teach you about our compensation plan and the earning potential that you can realize by selling our products and introducing others to your sales teams.
  2. Commissions are calculated on three schedules, weekly, monthly and quarterly. Each was designed to reward you in different ways.
  3. We built the core of the Noble Purpose compensation plan around a weekly pay structure in order to get commissions into your hands quickly. The weekly component of the compensation plan is comprised of the First Order Bonus, Weak Side Bonus and Matching Bonus.
  4. Weekly commissions are setup according to ranks. Ranks define escalating sets of qualifications and benefits. For instance, meeting a prescribed set of qualifications will award you with an according set of benefits. Ranks are named in order to recognize your continuing level of achievement and earning power. For instance, the first rank is “Distributor”, followed by “Active Distributor”, “Qualified Distributor” and so forth and so on.
  5. The first rank is Distributor. All new enrollees are awarded the rank of Distributor on joining the company. While those with this rank do not receive any benefits within the weekly compensation plan, they do receive monthly benefits as detailed later within this presentation.
  6. To become an Active Distributor and begin earning weekly benefits, all that you need to do is have a minimum of $100 in personal business volume cumulative between the last 31 days. Your personal business volume is made up of the commissionable value of your personal purchases and sales that you make to personally sponsored customers. As an Active Distributor, you will be eligible to earn First Order Bonuses.
  7. The First Order Bonus is paid on the first order that an individual places. This bonus is paid to the first 3 Upline Active Distributors or higher ranked individuals by enrolling sponsorship. The first Upline Active Distributor or higher, usually the sponsor, will receive 20% of the business volume, or BV. The second Upline Active Distributor will receive 10% of the BV and the third 10% as well.
  8. To earn the rank of Qualified Distributor, all that you need to do is stay Active yourself and begin building your Left and Right sales teams. To do this, sponsor one distributor into each team, each of whom have met Active status. The sponsorships are a one time requirement, however those that you sponsor must remain Active each month in order for you to be considered Qualified.
  9. Qualified Distributors receive the same First Order Bonus that Active Distributors do. Additionally, Qualified Distributors also receive the Weak Side Bonus.
  10. Weak Side Bonuses are based off the accumulation of sales in Left and Right sales teams. Every distributor, including yourself, will build a sales organization that is organized into two teams. As the size of your teams grow, so will the sales occurring within them. You will earn Weak Side Bonuses directly proportionate to the number of sales being generated in each team.
  11. When you have at least $300 BV in each of your two teams, you will earn 10% of the total BV in the weaker leg in the form of a Weak Side Bonus.
  12. Once you have been paid a Weak Side Bonus, the total BV that was in your weak leg is deducted from both your weak and strong legs allowing you to begin accumulating new sales volume and working towards earning another bonus.
  13. As an example, if you had $1,000 BV Left and $500 BV Right, you would be paid 10% of $500, or $50. $500 BV would then be deducted from both sides of your organization, leaving you with $500 Left and $0 BV Right going into the next period.
  14. In addition to First Order and Weak Side Bonuses, Qualified Distributors also receive Matching Bonuses. The Matching Bonus pays Qualified Distributors a 25% match on the Weak Side Bonuses earned by one’s personally sponsored. For instance, if a Qualified Distributor had a personally sponsored distributor earn $1,000 in Weak Side Bonuses, that Qualified Distributor would receive a 25% match of $250.
  15. In summary, Qualified Distributors are eligible for First Order, Weak Side and Matching Bonuses.
  16. The ranks of Ruby and above offer the same First Order and Weak Side Bonuses as the rank of Qualified Distributor. The benefits of advancing to the higher ranks are twofold. Higher ranks are eligible to earn more Weak Side Bonuses than the lower ranks are and receive greater Matching Bonuses. To qualify as a Ruby, you need to sponsor two additional distributors and have a minimum of $3,000 BV in each of your sales teams for two consecutive weeks.
  17. As a Ruby, your weekly Weak Side Bonus earning potential increases five-fold. Your weekly earning potential will rise from $500 to $2,500 per week.
  18. As with the Weak Side Bonuses, the Matching Bonus potential for Ruby distributors is far greater than their lower ranked counterparts. Rubies receive a 30% match on the Weak Side Bonus earnings of personally sponsored, a 10% match on the Weak Side Bonus earnings of the second level of enrolling sponsorship and a further 10% match on the Weak Side Bonus earnings of the third level of enrolling sponsorship.
  19. In summary, Rubies receive the same First Order Bonus as those of lower rank, but an increased Weak Side Bonus potential and greater Matching Bonus.
  20. To advance to the next rank, Emerald, you must be Active and Qualified, sponsor an additional three distributors and have at least $10,000 BV in each of your two teams for two consecutive weeks.
  21. In addition to the First Order Bonus, Emerald distributors enjoy an increase in their maximum Weak Side Bonus earnings to $5,000 per week.
  22. Emerald distributors receive three tiers of Matching Bonuses just as Rubies do, with the exception that Emeralds are eligible for a 35% Matching Bonus on the Weak Side Bonus earnings of their personally sponsored.

  24. Moving to the rank of Diamond is accomplished by meeting Active and Qualified status, sponsoring an additional six distributors and having at least $30,000 BV in each of one’s two Downline teams for two consecutive weeks.
  25. Diamonds receive the First Order Bonus as well as an increase to $10,000 in their personal weekly Weak Side Bonus earning potential.
  26. Diamond distributors receive the same Matching Bonuses as Emeralds with the exception that Diamonds are paid an additional 10% on the Weak Side Bonuses earned by those on their fourth level by enrolling sponsorship.
  27. To recap, Diamonds earn the First Order, Weak Side and Matching Bonuses with an increase in the earning potential of the preceding ranks with respect to the Weak Side and Matching Bonuses.
  28. Blue Diamonds are those exemplary performers who have met Active and Qualified status, recorded seven additional distributor sponsorships and had at least $50,000 BV in both their Left and Right teams for four consecutive weeks.
  29. Those that achieve the rank of Blue Diamond have their Weak Side Bonus earning potential pushed up to an incredible $20,000 per week.
  30. Blue Diamonds receive four tiers of Matching Bonuses just as Diamonds do with the exception that Blue Diamonds are eligible for 40% from their personally sponsored.

  32. To qualify for Black Diamond, the focus shifts from just your own performance and teams to the sales volume being accumulated in the teams of those that you have personally sponsored. Specifically, you need to have at least $300,000 in BV between all of your personally sponsored’s teams, with no more than $75,000 of the BV coming from the teams of any one personally sponsored, for seven consecutive weeks.
  33. Congratulations, once you achieve Black Diamond there is no restriction on the total Weak Leg Bonuses that you can earn per weekly commission period.
  34. Those that achieve Black Diamond will receive a 5% increase on their first level Matching Bonus as well as an additional fifth level Matching Bonus.

  36. The penultimate rank within the compensation plan is Noble Elite. This rank is achieved by meeting Active and Qualified status and having at least $600,000 BV within the combined teams of one’s personally sponsored distributors with no more than $75,000 of the BV coming from any one personally sponsored team. These requirements must be met for 10 consecutive weeks in order for the rank to be awarded.
  37. Just like Black Diamonds, Noble Elite’s have no limit on the amount of Weak Side Bonuses they can earn per week.
  38. Noble Elite’s have their first level Matching Bonus increased to 50% and receive an additional sixth level 10% Matching Bonus that other ranks are not eligible for.

  40. Monthly commissions are where we reward you for your retail sales efforts. These commissions are not rank based and anyone is eligible to earn them. As a distributor with Noble Purpose, you will earn the difference between the retail and wholesale price of any products sold to your personally sponsored customers during the month. Additionally, you will earn a commission on your preferred customers paid as the difference between the retail price, less the 10% discount preferred customers receive, and the wholesale price of products you sell them.
  41. Quarterly bonuses are awarded to the elite performers in Noble Purpose. To earn a quarterly bonus, you must be ranked as a Blue Diamond or higher for all weeks belonging to a quarter.
  42. Any distributor that achieves the rank of Blue Diamond or higher for all weeks of a quarter will receive an equal share of 1% of the BV for the entire quarter. As an example, 1% of the BV for the quarter is $500,000. 50 distributors achieve Blue Diamond or higher during all weekly processings belonging to a quarter. Each would receive $10,000.
  43. Distributors that earn the rank of Black Diamond or higher for all weeks of a quarter will receive an equal share of 1% of the BV for the entire quarter. As an example, 1% of the BV for the quarter is $500,000. 25 distributors achieve Black Diamond or higher during all weekly processings belonging to a quarter. Each would receive $20,000.
  44. Those individuals that earn the rank of Noble Elite for all weeks of a quarter will receive an equal share of 1% of the BV for the entire quarter. As an example, 1% of the BV for the quarter is $500,000. 10 distributors achieve Black Diamond or higher during all weekly processings belonging to a quarter. Each would receive $50,000.
  45. Noble Purpose hosts an annual national convention. The purpose of this convention is to not only meet as a group to learn how we can help one another towards our goals, it’s also to recognize those individuals that are exceeding expectations. One of the highlights of our national convention are the cars given away to those that have maintained the rank of Black Diamond or Noble Elite over the course of the year. Each Black Diamond will receive a new Toyota Prius, Cadillac or Volvo at the convention.
  46. Those that achieve Noble Elite for the year will receive the keys to a brand new Mercedes Benz AMG class, BMW M class or Audi S class.
  47. In the spirit of team work and high achievement, there is also a special give away any year that 10 new cars are awarded. When 10 new cars are awarded, the top distributor in the company for the year will receive the title for a brand new Bentley Coupe, Ferrari or Aston Martin.
