Responsibilities as Mechanical Engineer:
 Supervise and ensure the fabrication and site erection of piping and pipeline activities as per drawing
 Preparation of weld maps of piping and pipeline
 Daily to daily site management and assigning of jobs to crews
 Liaison with clients to discuss and resolve the holds / bottlenecks due to materials or drawings
 Liaison with other departments to maintain the flow of production
 Ensure the implementation of project specification, standard procedures method statements, codes &
standards
 Ensure the implementation of safety procedures, practices, such as permit to work, energy isolation
and confined space entry etc.
 Attending and Conducting coaching, training and mentoring on HSE topics
 Ensure the hydro testing as per approved test pack
 Final documentation & handing over to the client
Responsibilities as QC Engineer:
 Daily inspection of fit up, welding, sand blasting, painting and hydro testing activities
 Preparation and compiling of inspection reports and qc documents
 Witness of installation of heat shrink sleeve, holiday test, lowering and backfilling of underground
pipeline
 Preparation of Test packs or qc dossier
 Witness hydrostatic test, leak test, pneumatic test, dye penetrate test
 Implementation of project specification, standard procedures, method statement, codes and
standards
 International codes & standards relating to welding through a certified 3 party such as: Moody
international or SGS
 Conceive and lead HSE related and other campaigns from time to time
 Final handing over of QC dossier to client
Other experience:
 1 year experience of maintenance of automobile at reputable workshop (2002-2003).
