REFLECTIONS
1. Which of the content areas interest you most? Why?
The area that interests me more is language learning processes because sometimes it is
more difficult for an adult to learn a second language and this area includes different
aspects that are very helpful when learning another language.
2. Which area will be more difficult for you? why?
The area that will be more difficult for me is planning and evaluation because it requires
more time and more detail than the other areas.
3. Which resources do you already have relating to the five content areas?
I have material for the language teaching area
4. How would you keep the trainees’ motivation high during the training?
The motivation will keep high during the training giving time to practice the theory at the
same time, giving feedback after doing an example of each section and of course, having
breaks from time to time so they can assimilate the information.
5. How could you check and evaluate the learning progress of your trainees during the
training? Write down some concrete ideas.
The best way of checking and evaluating the progress of the trainees is making them to
present an example in front of the group of each topic so they can receive feedback from
their partners and the trainer.
6. How can you improve the learner autonomy of your trainees?
Giving them time to read, analyze and then practice what they learn during the course.
