Can a TBM, TCM, TQM, TPM, KM, ICM & VCM covering approach using BABOK & PMBOK form a Tally of Business DNA Genome? Where AI Stands? This presentation is just brainstorming. The rest is yet to come.
1. ERP or Business DNA?
Presented by: Morteza Emzajerdi
Mapping of Business Genome
How Specialist Firms Consider Business DNA?
2. Talent Wars
Flying on the Delta Shuttle with Bill Gates 12 years ago, I asked, "What Microsoft competitor worries you most?"
Bill Gates: "Goldman Sachs."
I gave Gates a startled look. Was Microsoft about to try the investment banking business?
"Software," he said, "is an IQ business. Microsoft must win the IQ war, or we won't have a future.
I don't worry about Lotus or IBM, because the smartest guys would rather come to work for Microsoft.
Our competitors for IQ are investment banks such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley."

3. About the Presenter:
Morteza Emzajerdi English Translator, Localizer & BA from Open University of Isfahan in Iran, started his career 15 years ago when he began translating
university articles from English to Persian & vice versa in almost any field of study ranging from Mathematics & Fuzzy Logic to Humanities & Psychology resulting
to the expansion of his cognitive capabilities.
Presenter is proud of working directly as ‘Translator, Interpreter & Business Assistant’ with some of ex-managers & engineers from renowned companies like
Samsung, LG, Asian GE, and Daewoo in Consumer Electronics, in the city of Esfahan, and others from Total, ENI & Hyundai in the field of Oil & Gas in South Pars
Gas Field Development Projects.
There are Terms & Phrases that have been already coined in the business ecology some of which he & everybody else is familiar with and some others are either
quite new or not used as he meant inhere like: TBM, Business DNA, Management Engineering, Numbers Dynamics/Mechanics and so on.
Two main knowledges are addressed in this presentation: PMP & PMBOK, and PBA & BABOK. This best suits Large-scale ERP Projects for bigger companies. S&M
companies require different prescriptions & school of practice. Apparently, this text serves as a Preparation Guide to Successful ERP Projects in Enterprises than
being a methodology. There is no discovery, or no try prove it as a breakthrough, it is rather “A Sharing Point” for the spread of free & liberated flow of technical
information to those who are in areas such as: ERP Implementation; Project Management; Business Managers; Students in areas like MBA & DBA; Software
Engineers and KM Responsibles.
Please be informed that some ideas are exactly quoted & replicated with their references since he has documented those ideas and knowledge discoveries, while
some other ideas are quite noble to the best of presenter’s knowledge. If not so, you are very welcome to let him know. This content will be published on LinkedIn
first, to pay my respects to those people who have inspired me by their works & secondly it would be easily accessible to everybody.
The second book would be TBM & ME: The World of Business DNA. Any point, criticism & idea is warmly welcome. Presenter has already translated a book
‘What is the Color of Your Parachute?’ by Prof. Richard N. Boles.

5. What for?
Since this is going to be A Comprehensive Approach to Business Management it cannot be a presentation only. Yet,
ideas are introduced briefly to shed light on the Ultimate Output: Business DNA.
What for?
I was in a meeting with EIDG’s CEO & MD, Mr. Dayyani, who owns 5 Holdings, and he said: “Can I have Access to a
System by which I can Check the Performance of my whole companies at Every Single Second without frequently
asking from different people to submit their reports? And, is that possible to Change a Parameter, or a Decision and
be able to check on its results as soon as it is applied in the systems of the company? He talked about a presentation
by a fresh graduate from University of Sharif who had already presented the Democracy Game. If you Increase Taxes
to a Certain Amount how your Democracy would be impacted by, for example the reaction of your society’s workers?
The CEO was very enthusiast to know how that could be possible?
Let’s work on that idea and I would like to Name it “Business DNA”. This is going to be a Project. How everything is
identified, prioritized, designed, developed, monitored and concluded?
