5. Utilizing a multitude of instructional strategies, I strive to constantly differentiate my instruction to meet the unique needs of the individual learners within my classroom. 6. The Kansas Performance Assessment is a written account of a multi-week teaching unit created and implemented by each new teacher in the state of Kansas. Grading is based on successful completion of 7 criterion identified by Kansas State Department of Education as necessary for proper instruction. 11. Hands-on active learning activities is a staple in my classroom. I utilize a variety of instruction strategies to keep students engaged in our course objectives.
